Paris Fashion Week Street Style: Fall/Winter 2025 Trends

Milestone! Yours truly just attended her first Paris Fashion Week as a runway model & influencer! The streets were literally buzzing with chic energy, and the shows were ~très magnifique~. However, Paris Fashion Week isn’t just about the runways. Sure, the couture is incredible, the venues are dreamy, and the guest lists look like a Vogue editorial exploded- but the real magic? It’s happening right outside the shows.

That’s right, I’m talking about the Parisian street style.

Every season, Paris becomes a fashion playground where the sidewalks double as catwalks. This year was no exception. From iconic French girl chic to bold, avant-garde statements, Fall/Winter 2025 served looks. And I mean served.

Without further ado, here are 9 of my favorite street style trends from this past Womenswear Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Paris Fashion Week.

Paris Fashion Week Street Style Trend no. 1:

Statement Coats as an Entire Outfit

Forget layering. This season, the statement coat said, "I am the outfit." Buttoned-up, cinched at the waist, sometimes leather, sometimes sparkly, the long coat got the main character treatment. Add a bold red lip and a pair of boots and you’re basically unstoppable.

Western Vibes But Make It Chic

Yee-haw energy arrived in Paris with bolo ties, fringe, and cowboy boots- but elevated. Think less rodeo, more runway. Tailored blazers with Western stitching? Yes please. The vibe: you just stepped out of a saloon, but in Saint-Germain.

Bomber Jackets Are Back (Again)

Bomber jackets made a triumphant return, proving once again they’re never really out. Oversized and cool, they were paired with flowy skirts, denim, or layered over a silky dress. Function meets fashion!

Capes are Not Just for Superheroes

Let’s talk drama. Capes were out in full force and I was here for it. Whether thrown over trousers or floating behind a maxi dress, they brought high-impact energy to every crosswalk.

PFW Street Style Trend no. 5:

Borrowed from the Boys

Oversized blazers, crisp button-downs, and tailored trousers made it clear that Parisiennes are still fully on board with the menswear moment. The key? Balancing boxy shapes with sleek accessories or a bold lip.

Sheer Genius

Layered sheer fabrics floated all over the city, often styled over bralettes or paired with chunky boots for contrast. Ethereal? Yes. Practical? Maybe not. But fashion? Absolutely.

PFW Street Style Trend no. 7:

Color, Color, Color

Paris is known for its neutrals, but not this season. Deep reds, cobalt blues, lemon yellows—it was like walking through a box of macarons. Vibrant hues added a dose of optimism (and turned a lot of heads).

The 2000s called and it said that Indie Sleaze is back in this PFW. What's next? Myspace?

PFW Street Style Trend no. 8:

Indie Sleaze Revival

I was dancing at Le Carmen, and I felt like I had gone through a time machine to 2008. But honestly? I’m not mad. Grunge-meets-glam is back with a vengeance: think slip dresses with moto jackets, layered necklaces, messy eyeliner, and "I woke up like this" hair that probably took 45 minutes.

Ah the Parisian bob- so Amélie. I love it.

PFW Street Style Trend no. 9:

Hair Notes: The Parisian Bob

The bob is back (did it ever leave?) and the Parisian girls, as always, are doing it best. Textured, jaw-length, and perfectly tousled- this cut was everywhere, and it’s giving "cool art curator who drinks black coffee and smokes cigs for breakfast."

Final Thoughts on Paris Fashion Week 2025 Street Style

Street style at Paris Fashion Week is one giant moodboard of everything fashion this Fall/Winter 2025. playful, nostalgic, experimental, and wildly expressive. Whether you’re rocking cowboy boots in the Marais or debating if you can pull off a cape at brunch (you can), there’s inspiration on every corner.

See you next season, Paris. And maybe next time I’ll be rocking the Parisian bob (jk that's way too much maintenance.)

Un bisou,

Amby
